Job Responsibilities
:
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and social platforms.
Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers in the US market.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements.
Send cold emails, connect via LinkedIn, and follow up on initial interactions.
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide regular reporting.
Required Skills
:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of US IT staffing/recruitment industry.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc. is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
