Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Lead Generation Executive with 1-2 years of experience in international sales to join our team. The Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing leads across various international markets to support our global sales efforts. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to lead generation, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads and opportunities in international markets.
Research and identify potential leads within target regions, industries, and market segments.
Utilize a variety of channels, including email, social media, and online networking platforms, to engage with prospects and initiate conversations.
Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to drive lead generation and qualification.
Collaborate closely with the international sales team to understand market dynamics and customer needs.
Make outbound calls to prospects to introduce our products/services and qualify leads for further follow-up.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and prospect data in the CRM system.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation activities, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Stay informed about international market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Assist in the development of sales pitches, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to international audiences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, international relations, or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development, with a focus on international markets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
Experience using CRM software and other lead generation tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets and goals.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changes in market conditions and business priorities.
