We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Lead Generation Executive
with
1 to 4 years of experience
to join our sales and business development team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various online channels, helping drive our sales pipeline and supporting revenue growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telesales who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, email outreach, and social media (especially LinkedIn).
Qualify leads based on criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and interaction history.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
Follow up on inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
Track campaign performance and report key metrics weekly/monthly.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
1 to 4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, business development, or telesales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and lead gen tools.
Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and using LinkedIn for outreach.
Basic understanding of sales pipelines and customer journeys.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
