Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated
Lead Generation Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching companies, identifying decision-makers, generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills in
English and Tamil
, excellent organizational ability and hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn and lead generation tools.
Key Responsibilities
Research companies and gather contact details of decision-makers.
Conduct telecalling to connect with prospects and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments and fix meetings for the sales team.
Maintain and update the sales calendar efficiently.
Coordinate with the sales team on follow-ups and client discussions.
Keep accurate records of leads, calls, and interactions in Excel/CRM.
Utilize LinkedIn and tools such as Sales Navigator, Lusha, Eazyleads, etc., for lead sourcing.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Must be based in
Chennai
.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Tamil (mandatory).
Good knowledge of
MS Excel
and basic documentation.
Proven experience in
lead generation/telecalling
preferred.
Familiarity with
LinkedIn and lead generation tools
is a must.
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
