Key Responsibilities:
Make
outbound calls
to prospective buyers and generate interest in real estate projects.
Handle
inbound inquiries
from property portals, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Explain project details, pricing, and location advantages to clients.
Schedule and confirm
site visits
for interested customers.
Maintain a detailed record of interactions and follow-ups in the
CRM system
.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly
lead and call targets
.
Coordinate with the
Sales Team
to ensure proper lead conversion.
Provide feedback to management regarding client preferences and market trends.
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months to 2 years
of experience in
telecalling / telesales / real estate lead generation
.
Excellent
communication and convincing skills
in English and Hindi (regional language preferred).
Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated personality
