Position Overview:



The

Lead Generation Executive

is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients for the company's real estate projects. The role involves researching target markets, initiating contact with prospects, and building a qualified lead pipeline for the sales team. This position requires strong communication skills, marketing awareness, and the ability to engage effectively with potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Generate leads through online and offline channels including digital marketing campaigns, social media, property portals, events, and referrals. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities. Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social platforms. Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and buying intent.

2. Database Management



Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate lead information and follow-up details. Track lead status and ensure smooth handover to the sales or pre-sales team.

3. Coordination with Marketing & Sales



Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with ongoing campaigns. Share insights and feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and customer trends. Support sales teams in scheduling site visits and follow-ups.

4. Reporting & Analysis



Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports. Monitor and analyze lead conversion ratios to improve efficiency. Suggest new methods or tools to improve lead generation effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

BBA / MBA (Marketing, Sales, or Business Development preferred).

Experience:

0-4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or pre-sales (real estate or related sectors preferred).

Fresh MBA/BBA graduates

with strong communication skills may also apply.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of sales funnels and CRM systems. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and lead management systems. Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset. Good analytical and reporting skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
