Role Overview:
We are looking for a self-driven and internet-savvy professional to identify potential clients, generate leads, and support our Business Development Team. This role involves
to bring new business opportunities for our Digital Marketing and Website Development services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct online research to identify potential B2B clients across industries.
Generate qualified leads from platforms like
LinkedIn, Google, company websites, directories, B2B portals, and industry forums
.
Execute
cold calls, cold emails, and follow-ups
to initiate conversations.
Maintain lead data and daily activity logs in CRM or spreadsheets.
Work closely with the Business Development Team to schedule client meetings.
Support marketing activities such as email campaigns and database building.
Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Basic understanding of
digital marketing, websites, social media, and IT services
(preferred).
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Ability to research efficiently on the internet.
Good at drafting professional emails and LinkedIn messages.
Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections.
Ability to follow processes, strategies, and guidance.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools (or willingness to learn).
Candidates from sales, telecalling, or BDE background preferred.
Experience
- 6 months to 2 years on Lead Generation or Business Development or Tele Sales
Language
- English, Hindi, and Bengali
