Position: Lead Generation Executive



We are looking for an

experienced and proactive Lead Generation Executive to join our team in Kharadi, Pune. The ideal candidate

should have strong expertise in B2B research, prospecting, and data generation, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

If you have hands-on experience in identifying high-quality leads, researching decision-makers, and supporting sales teams with accurate and actionable data, this role is a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities



Perform B2B prospect research across industries, company sizes, and geographies Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc. Build and maintain targeted lead lists for sales and marketing campaigns Enrich and validate contact data to ensure accuracy and relevance Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead requirements Maintain CRM databases and ensure up-to-date records Prepare and share reports on lead generation activities Support backend processes and documentation related to outreach programs

Qualifications & Skills



1-3 years of experience in B2B Lead Generation, prospecting, or market research Strong understanding of B2B buyer personas, industry research, and lead qualification Hands-on experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, etc.) Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail) Strong analytical, research, and data accuracy skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
