Job Title :Business Development Executive - Lead Generator

Goal of This Role:
To generate high-quality, qualified leads from multiple platforms for our client's IT services, targeting clients in the USA, UK, Australia, Ireland, and Dubai. You are responsible for building a healthy, consistent lead pipeline using outbound, inbound, and content-driven strategies - powered by modern tools, automation, and platform expertise.
Core Responsibilities
Identify potential clients from LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, GoodFirms, Trustpilot, email outreach, community platforms, etc.
Build and manage lists of prospects based on our Ideal Client Profile (ICP)
Conduct cold outreach using LinkedIn, email, or other tools - personalized,
not spam.
Run multi-touch outreach campaigns with tools like Lemlist, Instantly,
Waalaxy, etc.
Lead Qualification
Assess if a lead is a good fit before handing it off
Check their tech requirement, budget potential, urgency, and domain fit
(especially EdTech)
Maintain notes and status in Odoo CRM (Only qualified lead)
