Job Overview



Pioneers Global Associates is looking for a results-driven

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Executive

to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, improving brand visibility, and supporting business growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation



Generate high-quality leads through digital ads, landing pages, email marketing, and organic channels Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead Explore new lead sources and digital platforms

Digital Marketing



Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms Manage company social media accounts and content calendars Create, optimize, and monitor paid campaigns to ensure maximum ROI Coordinate with design/content teams for creatives, landing pages, and promotions Track performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM systems

Reporting & Optimization



Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports Analyze campaign data and suggest improvements Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or lead generation (UAE experience preferred) Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and landing page optimization Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting dashboards Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)



Experience in B2B lead generation Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) Graphic or video editing basics (Canva, Adobe tools) Experience in consultancy, business setup, real estate, or professional services sector

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Number of qualified leads generated Cost per lead (CPL) Conversion rate from lead to client Campaign ROI and engagement metrics Enhance social media followers ( Linkedin, FB, Instagram etc) Improve company reviews on social media.
