Role Summary
Own the entire revenue funnel--from first touch to signed contract--for both SceneCoding and selected client projects. You'll prospect, qualify, pitch, negotiate and close, converting curiosity into recurring revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Research and shortlist target accounts/personas via LinkedIn, directories and intent tools.
Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, social selling, events) to generate qualified leads.
Qualify inbound inquiries; run discovery calls that uncover pain points and budget/timeline fit.
Deliver tailored product demos and solution pitches that align SceneCoding services with prospect needs.
Draft proposals, handle objections, negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity logs in the CRM; update next steps daily.
Collaborate with marketing on ICP refinement, campaign messaging and content needs.
Track KPIs--MQLs, SQLs, win rate, ACV--and present concise performance reports to leadership.
Gather market feedback and competitor intel; propose new offers or bundles to boost conversion.
Minimum Qualifications
Skill-first hiring:
outcomes matter more than any degree.
1 + year experience in B2B inside sales or business development with proven lead-gen and closing success.
Hands-on with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with web/app development or digital-marketing concepts to engage technical and non-technical buyers.
Added Advantage
Experience selling IT services, SaaS, or marketing solutions.
Knowledge of marketing-automation workflows and basic funnel metrics (CAC, LTV).
Existing network among SMBs, start-ups or enterprise tech buyers.
