Lead Generation Executive (Lead Calling & Pitching Services)

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Lead Generation Executive who loves talking to people and is excited about marketing! Your main role will be to find leads, reach out to them via LinkedIn, emails or calls, pitch our services, and forward potential clients to our BD team.

What You'll Do

Cold call the potential clients to pitch our services according to their requirements Research and identify leads on LinkedIn, websites & other platforms Write and send LinkedIn connection messages or emails Call leads for initial outreach and pitch Gather contact details and qualify leads Share interested leads with the BD manager for next steps Maintain a lead tracker and update status regularly

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Previous experience in any agency or BPO sector in the sales calling process is preferred Comfortable in cold calling and initiating conversations Interest in sales and marketing Good research and internet-surfing skills Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and improve
