Position Overview
We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation & SaaS Sales Executive (IT Sales)
to join our high-growth digital sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about
B2B sales, SaaS solutions, and client acquisition
in the
insurance and healthcare tech
sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate qualified leads
for insurance and health-tech companies across India and the GCC through online research, networking, and digital outreach.
Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns
to connect with CXOs, business heads, and key decision-makers.
Engage potential clients
via LinkedIn, cold emails, and calls to understand their business needs and propose relevant SaaS solutions.
Qualify leads
and schedule meetings or demos for the business development team.
Maintain and update CRM databases
, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and engagement activities.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams
to refine lead strategies and achieve revenue goals.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience
in
lead generation, IT sales, business development, or SaaS sales
(experience in
insurance, healthcare, or SaaS
sectors preferred).
Strong
research and prospecting skills
with a data-driven, strategic mindset.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
for engaging and nurturing B2B clients.
Proficiency in
CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email outreach platforms
is an advantage.
Highly
self-motivated, goal-oriented
, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
Compensation
Pay Range:
?25,000 - ?45,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience, skill set, and performance)
