Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation and Booking Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and securing appointments/meetings with prospects for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a proven ability to manage the lead pipeline effectively to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify new markets, potential clients, and business opportunities through online platforms, databases, and networking.
Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
Manage inbound inquiries, respond promptly, and convert them into qualified leads.
Build and maintain a robust lead pipeline by tracking, categorizing, and nurturing prospects.
Schedule and confirm appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales/business development team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and appointments in CRM tools.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and booked appointments.
Provide regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and booking performance.
Continuously improve lead generation strategies by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years in lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or similar roles.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Goal-oriented with a high level of self-motivation and resilience.
