About the Role
We are looking for smart and confident Business Development Associates (Voice Process) to join our team for a US client project. The role involves handling voice-based communication with international clients, pitching services/products, and driving conversions. This is a target-driven role that demands excellent English communication skills and a proactive sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities
? Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls for US based clients.
? Present company offerings in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner.
? Handle client objections and provide effective responses to close deals.
? Work with daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and achieve defined KPIs.
? Update CRM and maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities.
? Align communication style to meet US client expectation
