Key Responsibilities:
Generate a minimum of 2 qualified leads per day.
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Clearly and persuasively explain product and service details.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain CRM records and track daily performance.
Follow up on warm leads and nurture potential clients.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly revenue goals.
Performance Indicators:
Number of calls made per day/week.
Conversion rate of calls to leads.
Lead quality and follow-up effectiveness.
Consistency in achieving daily lead targets.
Communication skills, professionalism, and adherence to guidelines.
