In this role, you will:


We're hiring a Gen AI Engineer to prototype, optimise and integrate LLM-powered Agentic AI solutions for sales, marketing and supply-chain cases. You'll deliver assistants and tools that plan, reason, access tools and execute tasks--using Azure AI Foundry and modern orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities



Identify opportunities: Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes and identify areas for automation and optimization. Lead Requirement Definition: Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for automation solutions, including workflows, data inputs/outputs, and performance metrics. Lead Design: Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and data scientists to design and implement automation use cases using technologies such as GenAI, RPA, API, D&A and cloud platforms. Continuous Improvement: Lead complex, cross-functional process improvement projects, utilizing advanced statistical and Lean tools to reduce waste and variability, analyzing data to identify root causes of problems. Define Impact Analysis: Conduct impact analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and feasibility studies to support automation initiatives. Lead Process Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation including process maps, user stories, and functional specifications. Lead Testing: Support testing, validation, and deployment of automation solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements based on data insights and user feedback. Change Management: Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams.

In one of our technical roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience defining, designing, testing, and operationalizing automation solutions using RPA, GenAI, Data & Analytics, API, cloud, among others. Strong understanding of automation technologies (e.g., Celonis, GenAI, RPA, AI/ML, cloud platforms). 7+ years proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 3 years of experience establishing best practices for authoring user stories, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, sprint planning and release planning and velocity measurement Experience with outcome-based metrics, deploying/driving execution via performance measurement, and benchmarking. Expertise in data-driven problem-solving, project leadership, and statistical analysis for process optimization. Experience with Problem-Solving utilizing Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions. Experience transforming raw data into actionable insights to achieve quantifiable business results. Experience with cost optimization, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve productivity - Financial Fluency: P&L understanding, Business case development, OKRs, KPIs.

Required Soft Skills and Experience:



High level of communication is required. Must be self-motivated, self-disciplined and have strong time management skills. Embraces learning agility to keep abreast of new technologies and strategies. Strong leadership, mentorship, and service delivery skills. Experience cultivating networks within the organization. Proven ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers. Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
