We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Lead Functional Tester

to spearhead our CMS and mobile testing initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of our mobile applications while collaborating closely with development, CMS, and quality assurance teams. Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end QA effort for mobile application testing, including native apps, hybrid apps, and responsive web apps Define and implement test strategies, test plans, and test cases to support functional, UI, and integration testing Perform manual functional testing, regression testing, and end-to-end validation across multiple mobile devices and OS versions Collaborate closely with development and CMS teams to validate mobile app integrations with backend content delivery platforms (CMS) Validate mobile app content rendering, personalization, localization, and analytics tracking during integration with CMS systems Utilize API testing tools (e.g., Postman or Swagger) to validate mobile backend services and data flows Ensure effective defect tracking, root cause analysis, and reporting using tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps Guide and mentor junior QA engineers, ensuring adherence to QA best practices and organizational standards Participate in sprint planning, requirement analysis, and release readiness reviews to ensure high-quality delivery Contribute to the development of a test automation strategy for mobile platforms (knowledge of Appium or other automation frameworks is a plus) Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering adherence to QA best practices and supporting process improvements

Requirements

8-14 years of professional IT experience 6+ years of experience in Software Testing, including at least 3+ years in mobile application testing (iOS and Android) Strong understanding of mobile testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks Hands-on experience with Functional Testing, UI/UX Validation, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Mobile Scenarios Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, or Drupal, including validation of content authoring, publishing, and personalization Proficiency in Defect Management tools such as Jira, ALM, and Azure DevOps Experience in API Testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar Exposure to mobile analytics validation tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or Firebase Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD processes Exposure to cloud-based mobile device testing platforms, such as BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, or LambdaTest Knowledge of accessibility testing for mobile apps Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams globally and manage testing deliverables under tight deadlines English level of minimum B2 (Upper-Intermediate) for effective communication
