Job Description

The candidate should have deep technical expertise in SAP Convergent Mediation and its integration with modules like Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Subscription Order Management (SOM), and Financial Contract Accounting (FI-CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a

subject matter expert

for SAP Convergent Mediation across implementation, conversion, enhancement, and support projects. Design and configure

mediation scenarios

for data collection, transformation, aggregation, and enrichment. Integrate SAP CM with

S/4HANA BRIM modules

including SOM, CI, CC, and FI-CA. Handle

high-volume data processing

from multiple sources, ensuring scalability and performance. Conduct

business requirements analysis

and translate them into technical specifications. Lead

technical workshops

and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements. Develop and execute

test plans

for mediation components including unit, system, and performance testing. Provide

technical documentation

, training, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills :

Strong understanding of

BRIM architecture

and components (SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA). Experience with

Mediation Zone

DigitalRoute

, or similar platforms. Proficiency in
