We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Lead AEM Business Analyst

to drive the successful delivery of enterprise-level AEM projects. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in AEM functional capabilities, capable of leading requirements gathering, solution design, and aligning technical solutions with overarching business objectives.

Responsibilities

Organize and facilitate discovery workshops to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the development team Define content models, workflows, and security models within AEM Analyze business requirements and propose solutions that leverage standard AEM features and best practices to the fullest extent Collaborate with AEM architects and developers to design scalable and effective AEM solutions, including components, templates, and integrations Ensure solutions align with overall digital strategy and integrate seamlessly with other platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Target, CRM, Commerce) Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, QA, and the development team Work within an Agile methodology framework (using tools like Jira) to manage project lifecycles efficiently Provide guidance and clarification to development and QA teams throughout the project execution phase Support business on change requests (CRs), proof of concepts (POCs), and incidents Define test scenarios and support functional testing to ensure the implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standards Conduct user training and provide ongoing support post-implementation

Requirements

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in AEM projects Proven experience in leading teams and managing project delivery in enterprise environments Strong understanding of AEM architecture, building blocks (templates, components, dialogs, OSGI services), and content management processes Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills High level of flexibility and adaptability in a shifting environment English proficiency at a B2 level to ensure effective communication and documentation
