Key Responsibilities


Lead and manage full-stack development projects using Python/Django and Next.js. Design, architect, and implement scalable and secure systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams -- product, design, and operations -- to deliver high-impact features. Review code, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Mentor and support developers through technical guidance and performance feedback. Manage the CI/CD pipeline and ensure smooth, reliable deployments. Monitor system health, optimize performance, and resolve production issues efficiently. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact. ? Required Skills and Experience 5-8 years of total experience in software development with Python/Django and Next.js. Proven experience in leading small to mid-sized engineering teams. Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures. Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS/GCP, and CI/CD pipelines. Proficient in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make technical decisions independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
