Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with leadership capabilities to join as a Lead. This role requires end-to-end ownership of technical execution, guiding the development team, and ensuring smooth delivery of a large-scale platform.



RESPONSIBILTIES

Lead the technical development across frontend and backend.

Build and maintain scalable React.js frontend applications and Python-based backend services.

Architect, design, and optimize APIs, databases, and system workflows.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure quality delivery.

Collaborate with management and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

Take ownership of timelines, scalability, and overall technical direction.

Collaborate with DevOps, Designers and other team members for project.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong expertise in React.js (frontend) and Python (backend).

Solid understanding of REST APIs,database design (SQL/NoSQL), and system architecture.

Experience with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

Past experience in a Team Lead role is highly desirable.
