Position Overview:
As the Lead Full Stack Test-Driven Software Engineer at ShyftLabs, you will lead a team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and testing software solutions. You will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features and solutions.
Champion and implement test-driven development (TDD) practices to ensure software quality.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.


Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master\'s preferred).
A minimum of 6+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in backend technologies, including Python, Django, FastAPI.
Strong front-end development skills with ReactJS or React-Native.
Expertise in databases, including GraphQL , PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
Commitment to test-driven development (TDD) and writing clean, testable code.
Strong experience with AWS.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Enthusiasm for staying current with industry trends and technologies.


Preferred qualification:
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure, and proficiency in Docker or Kubernetes is an added advantage
