We're Hiring | Lead Full Stack Engineer (Remote - India)

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer with minimum 5+ years of experience in building and leading full-stack applications using Python backend, Flutter or React frontend, and Cloud Engineering.

Work Mode: Remote

Office Visit: 2 days per month (Any office location in India)

Role Overview

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and deliver end-to-end solutions across backend, frontend, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications

Build robust backend services using Python (Django / FastAPI / Flask)

Develop responsive UIs using Flutter or React

Design and manage cloud-native architectures (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and DevOps best practices

Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications

Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews

Collaborate with product, UX, and business stakeholders

Required Skills

Proven experience as a Lead / Senior Full Stack Engineer

Strong Python backend development expertise

Flutter or React frontend development experience

Hands-on Cloud Engineering experience (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and databases

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

System design & architecture experience

SaaS / enterprise application exposure

Experience leading distributed or remote teams
