What We Are Looking For

Full-Stack Expertise:

Strong hands-on experience with

React.js, Node.js, Python

, and modern databases (

SQL/NoSQL

).

Project Ownership:

Lead complex full-stack projects, including

architecture, development, and deployment

.

AI/Automation Exposure:

Some experience integrating

AI/ML APIs or tools

(OpenAI, Hugging Face) into applications is desirable.

Cloud & DevOps:

Comfortable with

cloud deployments, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines

(AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience delivering

full-stack solutions across multiple domains

: Fintech, E-commerce, IT, Media, and Enterprise Applications.

Leadership:

Mentor developers, manage sprints, and coordinate across teams to ensure

on-time delivery

Key Responsibilities

Lead the

design and development

of scalable full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, and Python. Integrate APIs and services, including

AI/ML capabilities

, to enhance automation and intelligent features. Define and maintain

application architecture, deployment pipelines, and database integrations

. Ensure

code quality, performance, and scalability

. Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to

deliver high-quality solutions

. Manage cloud deployments and CI/CD processes for live applications. Mentor junior engineers and promote

best practices

across the team. Proven ability to

handle complex, cross-domain projects

with

end-to-end ownership

from architecture to deployment.

Qualifications

7-10 years of

full-stack development experience

with React.js, Node.js, Python, FastAPI, or Django. Expertise in

frontend frameworks

(React, Angular, Vue.js) and

backend/API development

(Node.js/Express.js). Experience with

databases

: MongoDB, SQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase. Hands-on with

cloud deployment, containerization, and CI/CD

. Exposure to

AI/ML integration

(OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain/LangGraph) is a plus. Prior experience

leading teams or mentoring

in Agile/Scrum environments. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Pay: ₹70,000.69 - ₹95,000.95 per month
