Required Skills & Experience

7-9 years of professional experience in full stack development, with significant hands-on expertise in React and Node.js. Deep understanding of system architecture, and agile development methodologies. Experience leading engineering teams, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback. Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional project teams. Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL) and RESTful APIs Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proven ability to deliver scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications in production environments.

Preferred (Good to Have)

Prior experience working in healthcare domain is highly desirable. Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud platforms) is a plus. * Exposure to UI/UX design principles.
