Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack. Mentor and guide junior developers. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

8+ years of experience in full stack development. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Reactjs/NextJS Strong experience with back-end technologies such as Python and Python frameworks such as FastApi and Django. Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL databases). Experience with version control systems like Git. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Team handling or People management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience with microservices architecture. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha, Selenium, etc.).
