We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the end-to-end delivery of complex, AI-powered applications. This role requires a strong balance of hands-on engineering expertise, system design capabilities, and team leadership.
You will act as the technical owner of projects--translating product vision into scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions within the AWS ecosystem, while mentoring engineers and ensuring delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership & System Design
Own and lead the complete software development lifecycle, from concept to production.
Design scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs, specifications, and user stories.
Act as the primary technical decision-maker for architecture, tools, and frameworks.
Development & Quality Assurance
Contribute hands-on as a full stack developer using Flutter/React for front-end and Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI) for backend microservices.
Enforce secure coding standards and proactively identify, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities.
Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
Champion testing strategies and ensure high-quality, production-ready releases.
Team Leadership & DevOps
Mentor, guide, and coach engineers; foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Delegate tasks effectively and provide continuous technical guidance.
Oversee release management and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments on AWS.
Ensure operational excellence, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
AI Integration
Lead the integration of AI/ML models into applications to enhance product functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with data science teams to deploy and scale AI-driven features in production environments.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of overall software development experience (10+ years preferred).
4+ years of hands-on Python development.
2+ years in a lead or senior technical leadership role.
Strong full stack expertise with Flutter or React (front end) and Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud-native application design.
Strong understanding of application security, vulnerability management, and secure development practices.
Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and DevOps best practices.
Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and REST API development.
Excellent communication, leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience integrating AI/ML models in production systems.
AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
