Overview

We are seeking a performance-driven Team Lead Full Stack Developer with deep technical expertise and effective leadership skills to oversee and contribute to the development of large-scale web-based applications using Microsoft .NET technologies, the Angular framework, and Azure cloud services. The ideal candidate will mentor and guide team members, coordinate project deliverables, and actively code as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code as a hands-on contributor. Guide and lead a small development team while fostering collaboration. Mentor junior and mid-level developers within the team. Plan, organize, and prioritize team tasks to meet project milestones. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards. Tackle complex technical challenges and implement innovative solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to align development deliverables with organizational goals. Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Work with Azure Functions and Azure PaaS services to design scalable solutions. Monitor application performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of hands-on development experience with the Microsoft .NET stack and Angular (v8+). Proven experience leading or mentoring teams as a technical leader or team lead. Deep knowledge of .NET 8, Web API, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, C#. Expertise in modern Angular (v8+). Strong background in automated testing frameworks (xUnit, Moq, Jasmine). Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git. Solid experience working with Azure PaaS services like App Services, Functions, and Key Vault. Proficiency in object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns. Demonstrated skill in database modeling and optimization. Experience in monitoring tools such as Azure Application Insights and Log Analytics. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven ability to balance technical decision-making and team management.
