Join us as a Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the technical design and development of scalable, performing, highly available and secure apps in Mortgages. You will be involved in development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance. Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives. Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.


To be successful as a Lead Full Stack Developer, you should have the following skills/experience:

Experience in front-end technology and back-end technology skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS, Redux, Node, test framework (e.g., Jest), Java, Spring Boot, JPA, Junit, Mockito, microservices. 3+ yrs experience with SQL (MS SQL preferred), cloud technology and messaging tools as well as DevOps tools: Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, SonarQube, Veracode, GitLab, Maven, Node JS, NPM, etc. 3+ yrs experience with test driven development and CI/CD, including exposure to automated testing platforms (e.g., Cucumber, Selenium). Experience in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

Computer Science degree or equivalent of Computer Science Experience of working in applications deployed in AWS or other public cloud. Ability to adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies. Willingness to keep up with industry trends and continuously improve skills.

Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
