Role Overview

You will lead architecture, design, and development of complex, scalable applications while guiding engineering teams toward best practices and technical excellence. This role is critical for driving innovation, system performance, and long-term technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead application architecture & high-level technical design

Build scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack applications

Mentor and guide development teams

Drive technology strategy, best practices, and code quality

Oversee database design, optimization & performance tuning

Collaborate with Product, UX, and DevOps teams

Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead RCA

Preferred Expertise

Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) Docker, Kubernetes RabbitMQ / Azure Service Bus / SignalR MongoDB / Redis
