About the Role:

Fortmindz is looking for a passionate and experienced

Frontend Tech Lead

to lead our UI/UX efforts and shape the future of our web applications. This is an

onsite position in Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the frontend development of scalable web applications using

React.js

,

HTML

,

CSS

, and

jQuery

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality code. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues efficiently. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate best practices into the team's workflow. Mentor junior developers and help build a strong frontend team culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-5 years of hands-on experience in frontend development. Proficient in

HTML5

,

CSS3

,

JavaScript

, and

jQuery

. Strong working knowledge of

React.js

and related ecosystem. Experience in building responsive and cross-browser compatible web interfaces. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. Solid knowledge of frontend build tools and version control systems like Git.

Strong leadership abilities

and proven experience managing or mentoring teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

.

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux or Context API. Experience with performance tuning and frontend testing tools. Understanding of accessibility and SEO best practices.
