Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a frontend development team to deliver high-quality web applications. Architect and develop complex, responsive, and highly performant applications using

. Oversee the integration of

for efficient state management in Next.js and React apps. Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and implementation of best practices. Manage the build process using

for optimized performance, code splitting, and faster development cycles. Maintain and expand our custom

UI library

, ensuring its flexibility, scalability, and reusability across various applications. Collaborate closely with backend teams working with

Node.js

, APIs, and third-party integrations. Own the end-to-end deployment process using

for library packaging and distribution in both

Node.js

environments. Drive continuous improvement in our development pipeline, including optimizing builds and CI/CD processes. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on technology choices, design patterns, and career development.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, with at least 2+ years in a lead role. Expertise in
