Job Description


We are looking for a Lead Financial analyst to join our Finance team in Noida. This is an exciting opportunity to work on financial planning and analysis profile with great experience on budgeting/forecast/headcount planning/AWS costs.

About You:

  • At least 5-7 Years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and modelling.
  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree is required. (CA is added advantage)
  • Strong analytical, forecasting methods skills, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of financial and general accounting principles, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize complex tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Clear, concise communication skills
  • Proven experience in use and application of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
It would be great if you also have.
  • Experience in Cost management and headcount planning.
  • Good knowledge of lease accounting
What will you be doing in this role? Role responsibilities:
  • Develop a good understanding of Clarivate business, key performance indicators, segments/business operates in.
  • Gain a deep understanding of and maintain/update financial models for monthly expense forecasting cycle.
  • Check formulae consistency within the model to ensure accurate data outputs.
  • Perform independent troubleshooting where necessary.
  • Data extraction from financial systems and collation of reports
  • Regular data downloads from OneStream dashboard for the team to use in analysis.
  • Coordinate with data source owners to ensure that the information being downloaded is up to date.
  • Upload of monthly forecast data
  • Upload forecast submissions into OneStream Planning system.
  • Work with central FP&A team on upload deadlines and process
  • Coordinate with cross-functional Finance teams to resolve data quality issues and reporting challenges.
  • Attend meetings and perform follow-up on data quality issues to ensure resolution.
  • Provide suggestions for further improvements on processes involving data outputs.
  • Prepare and perform format checks of all CRO Finance presentation materials in MS PowerPoint.
  • Ensure proper transfer of information into Powerpoint presentations and standardize formatting within slides.
  • Pro-actively perform version checks to ensure slide decks that are submitted always contain the latest data.
  • Support team in ad-hoc analysis and tasks as required.\xe2\x80\x8b
About the Team

The teams consist of 3 people and is reporting to Senior Manager Finance. We have a great skill set in financial planning and analysis and we would love to speak with you if you have similar skills.

  • The regular working hours are 9 AM IST to 6:00 PM IST (Hybrid work mode).
  • We\xe2\x80\x99re in initial stages of return to office so candidate is expected to come to office on the days assigned which can vary from 3-5 days in a week.
  • Ready to be flexible to work on extra hours as per business/process requirement.
