qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
with strong hands-on experience in financial management, reporting, and compliance, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
Manage statutory compliances, audits, and tax filings
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
Ensure accuracy of financial statements as per applicable standards
Work closely with internal teams and external auditors
Support process improvements and financial controls
Mandatory Requirements
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - compulsory
Minimum
5+ years of total experience
At least
2 years of post-qualification CA experience
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in financial reporting and MIS
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Hands-on with ERP systems and advanced Excel
Prior experience in leading or mentoring team members
