Job Title: Finance Lead
: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance person to lead our Finance
workstream implementation strategy. This role is crucial for our Finance initiatives and will require a
candidate with extensive expertise in various Finance workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute our Finance workstream implementation strategy for new global capability
center.
Financial Planning: Develop, implement and manage strategies for budgeting and forecasting to
achieve the financial goals of the GCC.
Cost Optimization: Develop, implement and manage effective cost management strategies.
Payroll and Expense Management: Develop, implement and manage efficient payroll and
expenses management process.
Revenue Management: Raise invoices and track the project revenues.
Employee Tax regulations and Procedures: File employee tax returns.
Risks, Compliance and Management: Adhere to organization and industry compliance policies.
Finance Applications and Reporting: Provide, implement and manage business intelligence tools
for financial planning and reporting.
Ability to design and implement culture-specific training and onboarding programs.
