Lead Field Service Representative

You'll

Make an Impact:



Deliver expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems Monitor chemical usage and system performance to ensure optimal operation Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and treatment issues with a focus on cost-effective solutions Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery

Minimum Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent Position requires a current and valid Driver's License with no restrictions Experience in a technical service role, ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial/mechanical environments No immigration sponsorship available

Physical Demands:



Position requires working in confined spaces and extreme conditions (hot, cold, damp, dusty) Position requires lifting, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and standing for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:



Associate's degree in chemistry, mechanical systems, or related field Hands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with industrial equipment Experience with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
