Job Description

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and explain HNS Gold's services.

Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities.

Clearly communicate company offerings, schemes, and benefits to customers.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.

Provide feedback to management on customer needs, interests, and competitive activities.
