Responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory control, inbound and outbound logistics, stock accuracy, and team supervision while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory accuracy, stock levels, and discrepancies Oversee inbound, storage, and outbound warehouse operations Implement and manage WMS and ERP systems (SAP/LN or equivalent) Ensure MSDS compliance and safe handling of hazardous materials Monitor shelf-life materials and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance Ensure adherence to QMS standards, audits, and safety protocols Optimize warehouse space, resources, and processes Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams Maintain reports and inventory documentation
Skills & Experience
Strong knowledge of WMS, ERP, MSDS, and QMS Experience in shelf-life and inventory management Knowledge of electronics, wire harness, and mechanical components Familiarity with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen practices Strong leadership and communication skills
