Job Description

The Lead Executive - PPC will be responsible for

end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and execution

for automotive electronics manufacturing operations. The role focuses on

daily production control, JIT dispatch planning, capacity and resource planning

, and smooth execution of

final assembly (box build) lines

, ensuring adherence to quality, delivery, safety, and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and monitor

daily production activities

across manufacturing lines. Manage

FG availability and dispatch planning

aligned with customer

JIT requirements

. Own

production planning and control

for final assembly / box build lines. Perform

capacity and resource planning

based on demand forecasts. Drive

daily, weekly, and monthly production plans

in line with customer schedules. Ensure accurate understanding and execution of

BOM structures and BOM levels

. Support and oversee

electronics manufacturing processes

including PCB assembly, THT, soldering (manual & robotic), epoxy potting, visual inspection (IPC standards), and end-of-line testing. Use

SAP / ERP systems

for RM posting, work order release, and FG transactions. Coordinate with

cross-functional teams

to meet production targets and system requirements. Train, coach, and guide

Supervisors, Line Leaders, Operators, and Assemblers

. Drive

lean manufacturing practices

, process compliance, and productivity improvements. Ensure

safety, discipline, attendance tracking

, and performance monitoring on the shop floor. Lead contingency and

emergency production plans

when required.

Technical & Functional Skills

Strong knowledge of

Production Planning & Control

, inventory management, and data analysis. Hands-on experience with

Lean Manufacturing

and

Quality Management Systems

. Proficiency in

SAP / ERP

and MS Office. Strong understanding of

automotive electronics manufacturing processes
