Job Title:

Lead Execution Engineer

Location: Pune / PAN INDIA

NOTE:

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Qualification & Experience:

B.E. / B.Tech (Civil Engineering) with minimum 8-12 years of experience in execution of large-scale construction projects, preferably Government / PSU projects. Diploma (Civil Engineering) with minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience. Prior experience on Government / CPWD / PSU projects will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end site execution activities for assigned projects. Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract conditions. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project progress. Plan daily and weekly work schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones. Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with safety and statutory norms. Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and workforce. Handle measurements, client billing support, and verification of executed quantities. Prepare and submit daily progress reports (DLR), weekly and monthly reports. Manage materials, machinery, and manpower efficiently to avoid delays and cost overruns. Identify site issues and provide timely solutions to maintain project momentum. Report project progress, risks, and requirements to the Project Head / Director.

Skills Required:

Strong execution and site management capabilities. Sound knowledge of construction practices, drawings, and specifications. Experience in Government / institutional projects is preferred. Ability to lead site teams and drive performance. Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and coordination. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Strong focus on quality, safety, and timelines.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
