Configure and customize SAP PM module to meet business requirements.
Set up master data: Equipment, Functional Locations, BOM, Task Lists, Measuring Points, Counters, Work Centers, and Maintenance Plans.
Implement processes for Breakdown, Corrective, Preventive (time-based & performance-based), Calibration, and Refurbishment.
Business Process Analysis
Conduct As-Is and To-Be analysis.
Prepare Business Blueprint and functional specifications.
Map technical structure of the organization from SAP PM perspective.
Integration
Ensure seamless integration with PP, MM, CO, and QM modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end process alignment.
Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
Develop preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
Manage work orders and notifications for maintenance activities.
Allocate resources (personnel, tools, materials) efficiently.
Testing & Training
Perform system testing (SIT/UAT) and support go-live activities.
Provide user training and documentation for SAP PM functionalities.
Support & Continuous Improvement
Monitor and troubleshoot SAP PM system issues.
Analyze maintenance processes for optimization and implement best practices.
