Operations & Productivity

o Ensure smooth operation of ETP, MECL, RO, STP, FACCO and MEE

Manage and Resolve Breakdowns with the support of Engineering Team Maintain Quantity as per consumption in SAP Ensure Guard pond cleaning as per requirement Conduct ETP tanks cleaning (Equalisation,Eq1,2,PST,SST-A1,A2 & 3,TE ,FTE, Haz pit tank, etc) Ensure Sand filter & carbon filter refilling Ensure no leakage of haz drum storage area. Prepare ETP daily report (ETP, Effluent treated details, result, evaporation, RO, Oxidation, Hazardous waste, Incineration waste, landfilling waste, waste receiving details from all plants) Maintaining the records of Hazardous waste(Incineration, Landfilling, DCP ) Calculate the plant waste norms based on actual waste & production Take plant round of ETP, RO and Scrap Yard on a daily basis Verify the stock of Waste & RM

Project Improvement

To undertake certain projects and achivement of desired results within a specified time frame. Also take lead for change in facilities

MANPOWER MANAGEMENT

Prepare Skill matrix to downline employees & identified the Gap & train them to bridge it

Imparting training for new activities. Checking the effectiveness of the training during activity

To manage manpower and ensure efficient work from them
