Job Title : Lead Enterprise Architect
Experience : 12-16 Years
Location : Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture roadmaps across digital, payments, supply chain, and store operations.

• Lead solution design, build reusable architectures, and ensure security, scalability, and compliance.

• Guide cloud-native design, application modernization, and data integration.

• Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD, and deployment excellence.

• Mentor architects and technical teams; foster innovation and execution excellence.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align architecture with strategic goals.

Requisites:

• Expertise in full-stack technologies, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), microservices, API-led design, and infrastructure as code.

• Experience in scalable, secure, and resilient data architectures.

• Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and DevOps principles.

• Strong leadership, mentoring, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of retail, payments, or supply chain platforms is a plus.
