Job Title : Lead Enterprise Architect



Experience : 12-16 Years



Location : Pune



Roles & Responsibilities:


Define and evolve enterprise architecture roadmaps across digital, payments, supply chain, and store operations. Lead solution design, build reusable architectures, and ensure security, scalability, and compliance. Guide cloud-native design, application modernization, and data integration. Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD, and deployment excellence. Mentor architects and technical teams; foster innovation and execution excellence. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align architecture with strategic goals.
Requisites:
Expertise in full-stack technologies, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), microservices, API-led design, and infrastructure as code. Experience in scalable, secure, and resilient data architectures. Familiarity with architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and DevOps principles. Strong leadership, mentoring, collaboration, and communication skills. * Knowledge of retail, payments, or supply chain platforms is a plus.
