Lead Enterprise Architect

Key Responsibilities:
Design of security products and platforms, leading and contributing to efforts that strengthen our security posture while embodying a culture of exploration, critical thinking, and proactive action. Define and lead counter-threat and security architecture, guide vendor selection aligned with long-term goals, and implement standards and patterns to reduce manual effort and technical debt. Understand business and developer needs, fostering strong relationships within and beyond the organization. Bring in a passion for learning, strong hands-on skills in building security solutions, and the ability to quickly evaluate new technologies with a commercial mindset. Safety is our top priority. We ensure our architecture, designs, and processes promote operational safety and strengthen digital security. Extensive experience in developing security strategies, architecture roadmaps, and capability models for global, multi-vendor solutions across cloud and hybrid environments.
Requisites :
Experienced in conducting security assessments and leading architecture governance for security applications, data, and cloud services in complex environments. Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, with expertise in risk, compliance, and security practices to ensure secure and reliable architectures. Skilled in applying agile methodologies and design thinking to drive digital transformation and architectural innovation. Skilled at communicating complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to audiences at all organizational levels. A degree in computer science or engineering (or equivalent experience) is preferred, with certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or TOGAF being a plus. Exposure to areas like enterprise architecture, cloud security, security engineering, secure development, integration, databases, identity and access management, and master data management is beneficial. Desirable knowledge includes authentication, access control, encryption, and security across cloud, operating systems, networks, and databases.
