Role and responsibilities:-
Team Management:-
Manage a team of Admission Counsellors across the campuses.
Communicating targets on time and providing adequate support to help them maximize enrollment numbers.
Motivate and provide constructive feedback to make the team reach peak performance level.
Lead Generation:-
Generate qualified leads through ground activation and manage a BTL advertising budget.
Work with Digital Leads team and Marketing team to ensure consistent supply of qualified leads and nurture the leads through from walk ins to selling admission forms and admissions.
Analyse CRM data to identify potential gaps and implement changes to drive enrolments.
Marketing:-
Promote and market the school to relevant stakeholders, developing visibility of the brand and advocating the work done by school. Execute the Marketing strategy of the Group and support the creation of a school specific Marketing strategy, working closely alongside the rest of the team.
Plan internal parent/community events in order to engage parents in school activities and celebrations and report on outcome of events.
Promote the school by identifying newsworthy stories for the media and PR opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement:-
Work with Admissions counsellors to ensure an outstanding counselling experience to enquiry parents and a best in class lead nurturing experience. School tours for prospective new parents to be tailor-made to meet their needs as much as possible and promote the school's academic and non-academic achievements.
Resolve through the correct channels, non-academic school issues that parents or parent groups may raise.
Ensure that the Principal and relevant staff are regularly informed of problems or matters of significance.
Undertake parent satisfaction surveys. Produce analysis and action planning recommendations in partnership with the Principal.
Conduct Parent Exit Surveys and prepare reports for the CEO's Office.
Administrative:-
Stay updated on current trends, best practices, and advancements in school offerings o Ensure the school policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.
Perform other duties as requested by reporting line managers / supervisors and Principal.
Experience and Qualification:-
Qualifications:- Post-Graduation in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Experience: 12-15 years of experience in Enrollment or Sales/ Marketing roles, preferably in education sector or service focused industries such as Retail, Hospitality, Tourism, BFSI and Real Estate.
