Role- Lead Software Engineer - AWS IoT Backend

Location - Pune(Hybrid)

CTC - Up to 46 LPA(Based on experience)

We are looking for a skilled Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in

AWS IoT backend development

to design and deliver scalable, secure IoT solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AWS IoT architecture, backend development, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end IoT solutions using

AWS IoT Core, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and Greengrass

. Ensure high performance, scalability, and security across IoT systems. Lead technical discussions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Manage full SDLC including planning, estimation, and on-time delivery using Agile methods. Explore and integrate new IoT frameworks and technologies through PoCs. Engage with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

Required Skills

Expertise in

AWS IoT, Serverless Frameworks, MQTT, HTTPS, and Matter

. Strong coding skills in

JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python

. Experience with

edge computing, OTA updates, and real-time analytics

. Solid understanding of

networking (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth)

and IoT security. Proven

leadership, communication, and project management

abilities.
