Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Packaging of Electrical / Electronic components using CATIA V5
• Design and model plastic & Sheet metal brackets for Camera, Sensor, ECU using CATIA V5
• Ensure tooling and manufacturability feasibility for all parts
• Manage BOM and design releases in Teamcenter
• Handle engineering change management and documentation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for integration and validation
• Ensure compliance with GD&T and automotive design standards
• Managing the Project by adhering to Cost, Timeline, Performance Targets without deviations

Experience
6 to 8 years
Industry Preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Automobile Engineering
General Requirements
Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in CATIA V5 (3D & 2D)
• Experience with Teamcenter for PLM and BOM management
• Strong understanding of component packaging in vehicle level, plastic & Sheet metal part design and tooling feasibility
• Strong knowledge in GD&T, mechanical and electrical engineering
• Good 3D spatial thinking and communication skills
• Able to travel to other locations such as plant, supplier end as & when required.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in automotive vehicle integration, Advanced Vehicle Integration
• Exposure to ECUs, Cameras, Radars & Sensors packaging or related mechanical integration work.
