Key Tasks and Deliverables Design and implement control algorithms for Vehicle Control Units (VCUs) using MATLAB/Simulink and Stateflow.* Execute model simulations, validation, and auto-code generation via Simulink Coder, Embedded Coder, or TargetLink.* Conduct MIL, SIL, and HIL testing to ensure model robustness and performance.* Perform peer code reviews using Embedded C, C++, Python, and M-Script.* Ensure seamless software integration through structured build sequences.* Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, and systems teams for end-to-end integration.* Support vehicle-level calibration and tuning of control parameters.* Ensure traceability of requirements using Polarion or DOORS.* Maintain comprehensive documentation including functional descriptions, SORs, test specifications, and validation reports.* Ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and ASPICE standards throughout development lifecycle.*

Experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in model-based development for automotive control systems.* Proven track record in embedded software development and validation.* Experience with vehicle-level testing and diagnostics using industry-standard tools.*
